What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process Return to Title IV (R2T4) and disburse Title IV funds to eligible students
- Provide exceptional customer service to schools, students, and families by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform Return of Title IV aid calculations and ensure timely and accurate disbursements of funds
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial aid process is integrated into the overall student experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience working in financial aid administration, including packaging awards and performing drop calculations
- Associate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration, or relevant experience
- Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial aid management and student information systems, preferably Fame's Freedom, Freedom FinAid, Advantage, and Advantage FinAid applications
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with schools, students, families, and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
