Primary Purpose
The Advocate Health, Virtual Health Manager is accountable for identifying, prioritizing, developing, and executing strategies for achieving clinical and service excellence in virtual services. This role serves as a market strategic advisor for virtual services and is a part of the Enterprise Virtual Health team.
Major Responsibilities
•Translation of market strategies into actionable, sustainable virtual health strategies
•Development and implementation of workflows and processes
•Operationalize Enterprise infrastructure, processes, and enabling systems to meet demand, growth, and performance expectations.
•Coordinates with, and maintains, continuous oversight of programmatic initiatives in support of the Enterprise virtual health portfolio while overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring goals are met.
•Develops dashboards, action plans and other tools to continuously monitor key performance indicators, while maintaining organizational standards of experience, quality and performance.
•Participates with the team to assess, plan, and implement changes as required to achieve Enterprise & regional and market strategy and programmatic goals.
•Serve as primary point of contact for market program initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain highly effective professional relationships with system leaders, providers, program leader colleagues from other systems.
•Responsible for strategizing, planning, developing Virtual Health services within the GA market. Monitoring performance,Minimum Job Requirements
