      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the academic and personal support of virtual students to ensure they meet graduation requirements
      - Develop personalized graduation plans and monitor student progress towards graduation goals
      - Provide online tutoring and academic coaching to students struggling with coursework
      - Maintain open communication with students, parents, and virtual teachers regarding academic progress
      - Organize and conduct in-person meetings with students for personalized support as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Education, School Counseling, or related field preferred
      - Experience in online learning environments and student support services
      - Strong understanding of high school graduation requirements and curriculum
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
      - Proficiency in using learning management systems and student information systems
