What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide independent paralegal support for various immigration matters
- Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 AM - 6 PM
- Work remotely with flexible hours
- Utilize immigration software and cloud-based tools efficiently
- Assist in legal research and document management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting focused on business immigration
- Proficiency in immigration software like Docketwise and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must have a Windows laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working remotely for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Quiet location suitable for phone calls
