What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales success by connecting with new and existing customers over the phone and matching them with suitable solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Foster genuine connections with customers through professionalism and authenticity
- Utilize various systems and tools to process sales and maintain up-to-date customer information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a headset and computer equipment
- Reliable and flexible availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends
