      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage communications between multiple stakeholders effectively
      - Write project requirements and create detailed project plans
      - Ensure meeting deadlines and deliverables are met consistently

      - Assist with various other projects and tasks as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have experience as an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst
      - Experience working in a lab environment is a plus
      - Familiarity with Epic Beaker and lab information systems is a plus
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a virtual assistant role
      - Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
      - Familiarity with Google Suite and other collaboration platforms
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
