What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify that each employee's KPIs are displayed on the Geckoboard dashboard by 9 PM ET daily.
- Cross-check call logs and meeting records, noting discrepancies between actual activity and reported KPIs.
- Conduct weekly reviews for each employee, presenting progress reports in team meetings.
- Perform formal monthly assessments to ensure consistent ratings across staff.
- Compile notes for quarterly reviews and deliver them to the Performance Review Manager in a timely manner.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a resident of the Philippines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in virtual assistance, operations, or data/metrics monitoring.
- Proven experience with at least two relevant tools such as Geckoboard, AssessTeam, RingCentral, or Zoom analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to convert raw data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional business English.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with small-business consulting or professional services environments.
- Prior experience in performance management or HR processes.
- Comfortable presenting summaries during live team meetings via Zoom.
