  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage all aspects of the leasing process for new prospects, including qualifying leads and finalizing lease documents
  - Collaborate with onsite teams to coordinate virtual tours and manage move-in needs for approved applicants
  - Actively manage CRM queues and maintain communication with prospects from initial contact to application submission
  - Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing leasing information and conducting virtual tours
  - Participate in property meetings related to performance and leasing strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  - Valid driver’s license may be required
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with superior customer service abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous leasing and sales experience
  - Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
  - Familiarity with federal, state, and local fair housing laws
  - Ability to create digital content and manage multiple priorities effectively
  - Strong typing skills with high accuracy
