      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between providers, facilities, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, patients, and others
      - Receive, triage, and respond to inbound requests via multiple channels, including phone calls and electronic messages
      - Assist with virtual care activities such as gathering/documenting medical history, medication refills, and patient education under the direction of a provider
      - Help maintain provider schedules, prepare patients for telehealth encounters, and manage outpatient registration and appointment scheduling
      - Perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must live in Arizona
      - Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant training program
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office setting
      - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years experience in a medical office setting, including experience in gathering medical history and patient education
      - Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
      - Completion of an approved training program or equivalent
