What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to member inquiries via email, internal platforms, and phone support
- Assist with member onboarding, product education, and troubleshooting issues
- Proactively gather feedback and insights to enhance member experience
- Maintain high-quality interactions while managing a high volume of communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes based on member feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a remote or hybrid customer service role
- Proven ability to manage support conversations across multiple channels with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance metrics
- Availability for prescheduled weekend and night shifts, as well as holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Zendesk or another CRM tool
- Ability to think quickly and de-escalate member concerns effectively
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
