      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting
      - Proficiency in at least two areas of law
      - Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
      - Must have a Windows laptop and smartphone with internet access
      - Bachelor's degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of recent paralegal experience
      - Experience working remotely for 3+ years
      - Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
