What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional service to commercial customers and agents/brokers through professional claims handling
- Assess and estimate commercial property damages using Xactimate and visual documentation
- Manage a variety of commercial property claims, including those related to weather events and equipment breakdowns
- Coordinate investigations and evaluate claims by collaborating with various stakeholders including vendors and customers
- Identify potential fraud and subrogation opportunities, working closely with recovery services and special investigation units

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three to five years of claims experience, preferably with a focus on Commercial Property
- Solid knowledge of commercial property claims and experience in field estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle claims with a long-term business perspective

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional designations related to insurance or claims management
- IICRC certification and completion of Applied Structural Drying
- Experience in negotiating complex claims and managing vendor relationships
