What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Host and moderate live enablement sessions for 50-100+ attendees
- Present pre-built content on topics such as Collaboration, AI, Security, and Productivity tools
- Coach internal presenters including Product Marketing Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Engineers
- Utilize platforms like Zoom, Teams, Slido, and Mentimeter to enhance engagement
- Collect feedback to improve delivery and identify learning issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Virtual Training
- Strong presence and facilitation skills for live virtual delivery
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, and Viva
- Proficiency with tools such as LMS, Gong, Adobe Connect, Quip, and Zoom/Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coaching and developing training content for virtual delivery
- Proven track record of engaging large audiences effectively
- Knowledge of the latest trends in sales enablement and training technologies
