      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily activities and provide leadership for a team of Virtual Sales Representatives
      - Monitor sales metrics and coach the sales team to achieve assigned sales and KPI goals
      - Conduct performance evaluations and establish expectations for team members
      - Facilitate training for Virtual Sales Representatives on compliance, customer service, and sales processes
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions and program oversight

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership
      - Proven success in leading high-performing virtual sales teams
      - Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

      - Experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
