      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and lead a team of Virtual Sales Representatives, focusing on productivity and team culture
      - Oversee performance metrics and coach the team to achieve sales and KPI goals
      - Liaise between the client and employer for daily requests and provide clear communication
      - Conduct quality assurance tasks, including monitoring virtual sales calls
      - Participate in marketing strategy discussions and provide input on targeting and messaging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership
      - Proven success in leading high-performing virtual sales teams
      - Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
      - Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

      - Experience with product launches in the healthcare sector
      - Ability to develop and cultivate strong professional relationships
      - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
