What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve unit and revenue expectations through self-generated activity
- Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in the employer’s CRM system (Salesforce)
- Schedule and conduct meetings with new prospects via calls and targeted email campaigns
- Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present solutions
- Address and escalate client concerns to Service Partners and ensure satisfactory resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of experience in relevant Sales/Marketing
- Ability to achieve sales targets and revenue expectations
- Proficient in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Strong communication skills for conducting meetings and presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a consultative sales environment
- Familiarity with HR technology and payroll services
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Previous experience in customer relationship management
