      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Update information boards regularly to keep employees informed of important events
      - Assist and guide employees struggling with job duties, particularly in sales performance
      - Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on established protocols
      - Promote brand awareness and loyalty while maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques
      - Address guest service needs and maintain positive working relationships with guests and colleagues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a Marketing Executive and/or Sales Executive role within the vacation ownership industry
      - Willingness to make 75-100 manual phone calls per day
      - Experience in booking Vacation Ownership tours
      - Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
      - Must be self-motivated and possess bold persuasion skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Recent experience as a Marketing Executive and/or Sales Executive within the last 3 years
      - Telemarketing and/or Telesales experience
      - Enjoyment of phone communication and guest interaction
