      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Update information boards regularly to inform employees of important events
      - Provide assistance and guidance to employees struggling with job duties
      - Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on line rotation
      - Promote brand awareness internally and externally while maximizing revenue
      - Anticipate and address guests' service needs, ensuring a positive experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a Marketing Executive and/or Sales Executive role within the vacation ownership industry
      - Willingness to make 75-100 manual phone calls per day
      - Experience in booking Vacation Ownership tours
      - Strong computer skills and the ability to work independently
      - Exceptional communication and persuasion skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Recent experience as a Marketing Executive and/or Sales Executive within the last 3 years
      - Background in telemarketing and/or telesales
      - Proven ability to motivate and coach team members
      - Experience in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
      - Familiarity with sales techniques that enhance guest loyalty
