What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value and/or complex small business owner relationships
- Deepen and expand existing customer relationships
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
- Complete required product applications
- Provide ongoing service to customer accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sound knowledge of the small business market and products/services
- Understanding of financial statements and risk management policies
- Good organizational skills and adaptability
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Education in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience as a small business owner
