  M-F 8a-5p (34 patient contact hours weekly) 6 hours admin time.

  Pay Range

  $46.55 - $69.85

  Atrium Health is s eeking an A dvanced P ractitioner to support a growing wellness hub. The hub will launch with a comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offering s such as sleep health and cognition.

  Highlights of the position:

  • Schedule: 4-10hr Shifts , weekdays only

  • Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach

  • Virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients

  • Support with multi-state licensing

  Ideal candidate:

  • Passion for innovation

  • Solution oriented and willing to think outside of the box

  • 3 + years of experience in Weight Management preferred

  • Obesity Medicine Certification is required
