What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering all incoming customer alarms and communicating with police and fire authorities
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills while maintaining professional telephone etiquette
- Demonstrate proficiency in organizing tasks and switching efficiently between multiple applications
- Assess and evaluate problem-solving opportunities to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential issues and related opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Experience using a multi-line phone or soft phone
- Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume call center or 911 communications preferred
- Knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Certification or training related to security products or alarm monitoring services
- Proven ability to build excellent client relationships through proactive communication
- Experience in upselling products/services to existing and prospective customers
