- The Visa Leadership Associate (VLA) Program offers a unique leadership development experience that enables high potential early career talent to build the broad capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career as a future commercial leader at Visa. Our world class programming will allow participants to build their network, understand our business, obtain a global mindset and acquire new skills, on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders.
- Business Insight: Rotational assignments span key areas of Visa’s business (e.g. Business Development, Consulting, Marketing, Product, Risk, Sales etc.) and VLA graduates have the ability to choose rotations and projects that are aligned with their career goals and growth areas.
- Training & Development: Curated training courses in varied learning formats will be offered to expand business and industry knowledge and develop professional and technical skills.
- Networking Opportunities: Meaningful exposure to Visa leaders and subject matter experts will enable VLA graduates to broaden their perspectives and think more strategically.
- Career Progression: VLA graduates will have diverse opportunities for career progression after program completion.
- Currently in the final year of an accredited Bachelor’s or Master's degree program, OR have graduated from university no earlier than July 2024
- Available to join full-time when the program commences in February 2025, in Sydney or Melbourne
- Permanent authorisation to work in Australia is a precondition of employment as Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this program

Job Description
Through experiencing four six-month distinct rotational assignments across the breadth of our business over the two-year program, our VLA graduates will be able to hone their business acumen while making a direct impact to Visa’s business.
Program Highlights
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week based on business needs.
