Job Description

Primary Responsibilities :
· Provides Visa services to Genpact (Gurgaon& Noida Office).
· Good Knowledge of all visa categories, such as business and work visas.
· Strong communication skills.
· Acts as a trusted Visa resource by providing complete and accurate visa information to the client.
· First level – Creating Visa PNR and checking Invoice.
· Maintain Good relationships with vendors and Branches.
· Handling Visa queries of VIP travellers.
· Works under moderate supervision.
· Escalates more complex problems to more experienced staff.
· Assignments include both routine and non-routine work
Ø Experience
· 5+ years of experience working in a visa service environment
Ø Languages
· English fluent
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs).
· Good visa knowledge of all categories- business, work, and tourist.
· Skilled in GDS and other booking tools used by CWT
Ø Education
· Graduate
