- Support the planning and execution of photoshoots and video shoots, including logistics coordination and communication with photographers, videographers and Driver & Supply Operations teams.
- Assist in recruiting photographers and videographers, preparing detailed project briefs for photoshoots and video shoots, and supporting the invoicing process to ensure timely approvals and payments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and communicate with photographers and videographers before, during, and after shoots to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all visual assets.
- Track project timelines, flag delays, and help maintain visibility among stakeholders.
- Perform basic photo editing and retouching using Adobe tools (Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Ensure proper naming, storage, and documentation of all photo and video assets to maintain an organized archive.
- Support quality control and consistency of all visual assets in line with Firefly’s brand standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of visual asset workflows and campaign delivery processes.
- Work U.S. business hours (EST) to align with campaign operations and internal communications.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Visual Communication, Photography, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time) to align with the team’s workflow.
- Excellent organizational and project tracking skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, fully remote environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Lightroom required; Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for quality visual work.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) or creative production environments is a plus.

At Firefly, the Visual Coordination team ensures our campaigns look their best — brand-aligned, visually consistent, and impactful in the real world. We lead the planning and execution of campaign photoshoots and video content that reflect Firefly’s high visual standards and showcase the impact of our campaigns.
This is a project management–driven role focused on seamless execution and maintaining high visual standards. You will manage the entire production process—from logistics and scheduling to on-site coordination and delivery. You will collaborate with the creative team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficiency. You will also help maintain our content library and improve workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, consistent visuals. You will be working under the marketing team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's visual content strategy.
