      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Clearly and accurately present visual information to blind and low vision customers
      - Consistently answer calls and provide exceptional customer experience
      - Maintain strict data privacy standards and confidentiality
      - Engage and support the team by participating in team-building exercises and contributing to organizational growth
      - Follow Aira's policies and procedures and adhere to the Visual Interpreter Code of Professional Conduct

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Fluent in English
      - Right to work in the United States
      - Private workspace with no background noise
      - Computer system that meets technical specifications (minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 11 or Mac OS High Sierra)
      - Use of headphones with a noise-canceling microphone
      - Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps
      - Must complete Aira Agent Prescreen and Aptitude Test
      - Minimum 35 hours a week availability, including weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in customer service, call center environment, or technical support
      - Experience working with people with disabilities or accessibility technology
      - Knowledgeable of accommodations used by the blind and low vision community
      - Bilingual in French or Spanish (spoken and written conversational proficiency)
