      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and adapt compelling in-store seasonal presentations to enhance brand relevance
      - Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships with merchant business partners
      - Support in-season management strategies based on business meeting outcomes
      - Prepare, process, and organize apparel samples for visual merchandising setups
      - Document placement of programs and styles within collections and styled looks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fashion retail visual merchandising
      - Strong fashion sense with the ability to incorporate new trends into visual projects
      - Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb 12 ft. tall ladders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with MS Office applications
      - Creative critical thinker with problem-solving skills
      - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for presentation aesthetics
      - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
