      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise Site Coordinators, Quality Reviewers, and volunteers to ensure the successful execution of the VITA Program
      - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and volunteers, addressing inquiries and concerns
      - Manage client documentation, scheduling, and the distribution of VITA equipment and supplies
      - Oversee updates of records and reports, including satisfaction surveys and grant-required reports
      - Assist in training and coordinating VITA clinics and monitor volunteer schedules for appropriate coverage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
      - Previous experience with personal income tax preparation strongly preferred
      - Experience coordinating program operations and supervising staff
      - Must attain or be willing to attain IRS VITA certifications, including Basic and Advanced Tax Law
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex tax laws and technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills preferred but not required
      - Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
      - Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving in a programmatic context
      - Open-mindedness and flexibility in improving quality of output
      - Previous experience in a nonprofit or community service environment
