What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote disability awareness and ADA requirements to supervisors and employees
- Support a diverse team in servicing employees with disabilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 90 employees with disabilities
- Review and assess disability documentation for applicants and employees
- Maintain required documentation for each employee on caseload

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, Education, or Kinesiology preferred
- 0 – 3 years of previous experience in a vocational setting preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Valid state driver’s license required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access
