      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver comprehensive job-seeking skills training to participants, covering application completion, interviewing, and resume development
      - Provide individualized support and guidance on addressing disability-related questions with potential employers
      - Attend weekly job search appointments with participants and research tailored job leads
      - Maintain communication with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to ensure consistent service delivery
      - Write clear case reports and submit accurate billing and outcomes data per organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a Healthcare-related field preferred
      - Strong understanding of the rehabilitation field and disability trends
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
      - Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in job development and placement strategies
      - Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and disability accommodations
      - Familiarity with Vocational Rehabilitation Provider Manual standards
      - Empathy and adaptability in working with diverse populations
