      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in recruiting, screening, training, and supervising volunteers and mentors
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across pertinent databases
      - Record and analyze program data related to volunteers and interns
      - Conduct outreach and networking activities to educate and recruit volunteers and partners
      - Manage the onboarding and exit processes for interns and volunteers, including background checks and orientation sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in volunteer management, recruitment, or administrative roles is strongly preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
      - Cultural sensitivity and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
      - Willingness to adhere to organizational policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in community outreach or engagement activities
      - Familiarity with data management systems and analytics
      - Multilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse populations
