      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute broad-based recruitment strategies to attract and place volunteers effectively
      - Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to obtain volunteer applicants
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies and organizations
      - Support the development and refinement of the Volunteer Recruitment Plan, utilizing both in-person and digital strategies
      - Maintain accurate records of volunteer leads and produce status reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
      - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of group dynamics, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation skills
      - Experience in volunteer recruitment or related fields
