- Serves as Vouchering and Administrative Vouchering Coordinator.
- Serves as a working supervisor.
- Plans, organizes, executes, controls, and evaluates through subordinate staff, the payment activities of travel, funeral/burial and vendor payment vouchers.
- Represents the Unit on workgroups and committees to assess the impact of new programs, initiatives, legislation, and priorities on vouchering processes; makes recommendations and redesigns.
- Prepares reports for management review to track vouchers and payment activity utilizing Crystal Reporting, Microsoft Access, Excel and Hana.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonable within the scope of duties enumerated above.
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in business or public administration.
- Requires two (2) years of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
- Of the two (2) years of responsible administrative experience, requires one (1) year of professional supervisory experience assigning work, providing guidance to subordinates, training staff, approving time off, and preparing and signing performance evaluations and one (1) year of professional experience working with the Automated Agency Accounting System or other governmental accounting system.

- One (1) year of professional experience working with the Automated Agency Accounting System or other governmental accounting system.
- One (1) years of professional experience working in Comptroller Detail Object Coding, voucher processing and Crystal Reporting or Hana.
- One (1) years of professional experience working in Excel, Automated Agency Accounting System and SAMS.
- One (1) year of professional experience analyzing administrative problems and adopting an effective course of action for a public or private organization.
- One (1) years of professional experience utilizing the principles of public and business administration.

Position Overview
Under general direction, serves as Vouchering and Administrative Vouchering Coordinator in the Vouchering Unit for the Office of Fiscal Services, Department of Humans Services (DHS) in the Bureau of Expenditure Accounting. Plans, organizes, executes, controls and evaluates payment activities of programmatic costs of the Divisions within DHS and vendor payment vouchers. Prepares reports for Management review. Represents the Unit on workgroups and makes recommendations and redesigns. Serves as working supervisor.
