What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new Aircraft Management clients
- Identify and manage relationships with aircraft owners, family offices, brokers, and aviation consultants
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and various outreach methods
- Prepare tailored proposals and maintain detailed sales activity records in CRM (HubSpot)
- Represent the employer at luxury and aviation events, promoting the brand to UHNWIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in aviation or sales to ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWIs)
- Strong background in charter aviation preferred, with a passion for aircraft and aviation services
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (HubSpot)
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred, but significant industry experience will be considered
- Strong negotiating and decision-making skills
- Exceptional strategic planning and critical thinking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience in high-end luxury markets
