      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, analyze, and predict Banking product market trends and innovations
      - Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape across vendors, solutions, and service providers
      - Create high-quality research reports, white papers, and thought leadership content
      - Advise Banking Chief Product Officers and senior executives on strategic decisions
      - Deliver high-value presentations at events and client briefings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience in a related field
      - Expertise in the Banking industry with an understanding of key challenges and trends
      - Deep knowledge of Payments technology and Financial Services regulatory requirements
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
      - Excellent independent research skills and data analysis capability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct experience as a Chief Product Officer or equivalent at a bank or financial services company
      - Expertise in AI technologies and their business applications
      - Prior experience at a research and advisory firm or consulting organization
