- Develop and implement long-term strategy for business application development, improvement, and integration to ensure the organization’s technological capabilities meet evolving business needs.
- Develop strategic plans to modernize and enhance business applications ecosystem by primarily leveraging Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior executives and functional leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Evaluate and implement transition of Oracle EBS and Oracle CRM to Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Lead the ongoing effort to digitize project management processes as part of the operations technology modernization roadmap.
- Develop strategies for evaluating and implementing the transition of Deltek Vision into a modern solution
- Develop solution plan to implement an enterprise resource management system.
- Set the direction for the Knowledge Management portfolio, including M365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and Office 365-based intranet and collaboration environments.
- Develop strategies and roadmap to capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for enterprise use and align it with broader organizational learning strategies.
- Lead efforts to evaluate, implement, and adopt AI and Generative AI capabilities offered by Oracle, Microsoft and other products in the ecosystem.
- Act as change leader to our business colleagues to help successful adopt the technology solutions
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of business applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee key applications including Oracle EBS, Oracle PBCS, Oracle HCM, Oracle CRM, Oracle APEX based custom applications, Essbase, and other applications in the portfolio.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of Oracle EBS, including customizations, integrations, and performance tuning.
- Support and leverage Oracle Integration Cloud as the enterprise integration platform across all enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of M365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and Office 365-based intranet and collaboration environments.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of Deltek Vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of business applications and ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct strategic analysis of the current knowledge environment and plan for future knowledge/information architecture.
- Provide support for enterprise content management consolidation and best practices-based toolset adoption.
- Ensure information management policies and practices are consistently implemented throughout the company.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party consultants, and outsourced partners, ensuring they meet performance standards and contract terms.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in application development, deployment, and management, while mitigating any operational risks.
- Provide executive-level reporting and updates to stakeholders on health, performance, and ongoing initiatives for business applications.
- Stay informed about innovations, updates, and trends to recommend new solutions that drive business value.

- Experience in developing application portfolio modernization strategy and roadmap.
- Expertise in leading and managing enterprise-wide application programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in managing Oracle Applications (EBS, PBCS, Fusion ERP, Fusion HCM, EPM, etc.), including Oracle Integration Cloud Middleware.
- 7+ Years experience leading Business Applications Portfolio at the leadership level.
- Experience with collaboration and knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Intranet).
- Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation through technology adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive transformational change.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies and their application in business solutions.

DESCRIPTION
The Vice President (VP) of Business Applications will have a focus around Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud to lead technology modernization in support of our business growth strategy. This leadership role will span across designing application portfolio strategy, developing multi-year transformational roadmaps, executing complex projects, and maintaining day-to-day operational support.
This role will need to have extensive experience in developing business application strategies, strategizing and executing move to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, managing Oracle Fusion deployments, and leading cross functional teams and will intentionally explore avenues to leverage digital capabilities like AI, Generative AI, and predictive insights.

COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position $155,521- $269,422 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
