What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy and execution of global consultant relations and alliance initiatives
- Build, hire, and develop a high-performing Consultant Relations team
- Cultivate and maintain executive relationships with leading consulting and brokerage firms
- Own consultant-influenced pipeline and bookings targets in partnership with sales teams
- Monitor and report on alliance performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in consultant relations, including 5+ years in a leadership role at a major benefits consulting or brokerage firm
- Proven track record of developing and executing alliance strategies that drive business outcomes
- Deep understanding of the employer, payor, and digital health market
- Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience at leading firms such as WTW, Aon, or Mercer
- Demonstrated history of exceeding alliance and partnership targets while balancing near-term impact with long-term strategic value
