What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute targeted outreach to identify acquisition opportunities that align with defined investment criteria
- Assess company fit based on strategic alignment, business fundamentals, and cultural compatibility
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to ensure alignment with the company's strategy
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with business owners and advisors
- Track and report on outreach progress and relationship development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role at a healthcare product manufacturer or distributor
- Proven experience with all elements of the M&A process, including deal sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and integration
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships with suppliers and identifying acquisition targets
- Strong judgment and discipline with a strategy-first approach to dealmaking
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
