What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own end-to-end availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of products and services
- Architect high-scale, performance-optimized infrastructure to meet customer needs
- Innovate, design, and prototype solutions for healthcare applications handling heavy loads
- Analyze system failures and develop rapid response solutions to prevent reoccurrence
- Hire, develop, coach, and retain top-tier talent to support high levels of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience as an architect building large-scale products and cloud services
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCE, OCI, and OpenShift
- Proven experience with healthcare payer solutions and managing complex deployments
- Excellent customer communication skills and ability to handle high-profile escalations

- Demonstrable skills in using AI Agentic Automation to transform workflows
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ML Ops and Agentic AI
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
- Successful track record of building and maintaining SaaS services
