What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the global support strategy aligned with company objectives
- Develop support strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during growth
- Create communication channels for synergy across regions and departments
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product planning and design decisions
- Align support strategies with Customer Success initiatives to enhance the customer journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or related leadership roles within software/SaaS companies
- 15+ years of leadership experience managing global support organizations
- Deep expertise in SaaS platforms, Azure cloud environments, and enterprise software performance management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerShell, VB.net, or any object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with products such as OneStream, SAP Outlooksoft BPC, or IBM Cognos
