Lead consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive analysis across 12+ business units. Develop financial models, identify trends and opportunities, and drive accuracy, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
Partner with business and sales leaders to optimize performance through financial insights, cost controls, producer compensation management, and ROI analysis. Oversee financial aspects of acquisitions, integrations, and compliance with corporate policies
Build and develop a high-performing finance team, foster collaboration across business units, and create a strategic finance function that supports scalable growth and operational excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; CPA or MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership; background in insurance brokerage, financial services, or professional services strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing multi-unit P&Ls or complex business portfolios
- Deep understanding of commission structures, revenue recognition, and service business economics
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial systems and reporting tools

Salary range is $175K to 225K per year.
