Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is the fastest-growing creator monetisation platform in the creator economy. We are the leading AI-powered creator-first platform, designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience. We’re on a mission to redefine the creator economy by empowering creators to connect, share, and earn more efficiently.

Trust and safety are foundational to Fanvue’s ability to grow responsibly. As a global, user-generated platform operating in complex and high-risk environments, we need strong systems, clear judgement, and scalable protections that safeguard users while preserving creator freedom.

      The Role
We are hiring a Head of Trust & Safety to define, build, and lead Fanvue’s trust and safety function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning platform integrity end to end. You will design the trust and safety strategy, build scalable systems and teams, and embed safety thinking across product, policy, and operations. This is not a reactive enforcement role. It is a strategic position focused on prevention, systems design, and long-term resilience as Fanvue scales.

      What You’ll Do

      • Define and own Fanvue’s trust and safety vision, strategy, and roadmap

      • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing trust and safety organisation, including moderation, policy, and escalation workflows

      • Own and continuously evolve platform policies, community standards, and enforcement frameworks

      • Lead complex, high-risk escalations with strong judgement and consistency

      • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to design and improve trust and safety tooling, including automated and AI-assisted systems

      • Establish proactive detection, prevention, and response mechanisms rather than reactive enforcement

      • Define, track, and report trust and safety KPIs, providing executive-level insight into platform health, risk, and emerging threats

      • Ensure trust and safety decisions balance platform integrity, regulatory expectations, creator freedom, and business outcomes

      Who You Are

      • Significant experience leading trust and safety, moderation, or platform integrity functions at a UGC, social, marketplace, or creator platform

      • Proven leader with experience building and managing high-performing, distributed teams

      • Deep understanding of online safety, digital harm, and trust and safety best practices

      • Comfortable operating in high-risk, ambiguous environments and making nuanced decisions

      • Strong experience using automation and AI to scale trust and safety operations

      • Confident partnering with senior leaders across product, engineering, legal, and operations

      • Clear, structured communicator with the ability to defend decisions under scrutiny

      You’ll Thrive Here If

      • You are a systems thinker who enjoys building scalable trust and safety frameworks from first principles

      • You are comfortable owning high-stakes decisions and being accountable for outcomes

      • You believe trust and safety is a strategic growth enabler, not just a compliance function

      • You operate proactively and anticipate risk rather than reacting to incidents

      • You value clarity, consistency, and principled decision-making

      ⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If

      • You prefer reactive or checklist-driven enforcement models

      • You are uncomfortable navigating grey areas or defending difficult decisions

      • You need close supervision to operate effectively

      • You avoid cross-functional challenge or accountability

      Why Join Fanvue?

      • Named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

      • Opportunity to build and lead a mission-critical function at a category-defining platform

      • Work with a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to empowering creators worldwide

      • A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed

      • Unlimited holiday

      • Remote working

      • Flexible hours, according to when you perform best

      • Budget for growth and wellbeing
