What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a holistic programmatic monetization strategy across various channels
- Create and refine external programmatic sales materials and client pitch narratives
- Negotiate agency programmatic terms and rates to secure optimal value
- Strengthen existing high-level partnerships with SSPs and DSPs
- Represent the employer at industry events and speaking engagements to showcase innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of experience in digital advertising, with a minimum of 5 years in programmatic sales
- Proven experience negotiating agency and HoldCo agreements
- Strong track record in developing effective programmatic go-to-market strategies and client presentations
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within premium video or CTV programmatic environments
- Deep familiarity with ad tech platforms, identity frameworks, and evolving privacy regulations
- Thought leadership presence, including speaking at industry events or contributing to trade publications
