What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for the infrastructure segment
- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and create action plans to meet goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate customer feedback into offerings
- Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to the executive team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations with a track record of enhancing sales performance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with CRM systems and sales technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
