Creating new tools and technologies, both in house and via 3rd party partnerships, to improve operational effectiveness and solve client problems related to acquiring new revenues for their business through sales and lead generation service offerings.
Creation, Capture, Interpretation, and Implementation of best practices across multiple clients. Take siloed practices and turn them into reusable assets that can be deployed as part of a broader strategy for operational improvement and market share attainment.
Partnering with CCO org to develop world-class solution narratives, case studies, and value propositions. Use these assets to capture a larger market share across key existing and potential clients.
Using your deep working knowledge to provide expert consultation and guidance to stakeholders across the business inc. Operations, PMO, Sales, Client Services and the Executive Team.
Represent the service line in multiple forums inc. client meetings, pitches, external events and seminars. Present complex ideas to senior client executives, and external partners in a clear, simple, authoritative, and compelling manner.
Renowned subject matter expert in outsourced Sales & Lead Gen Services, helping clients build, acquire and retain new revenue sources, with extensive experience leading programs focused on ad tech, consumer goods, or SaaS renewals.
Demonstrable past experience of taking to market and growing a viable, successful services business that helps clients grow their revenues.
Experience working as part of a global multicultural team, tackling ambiguous problems and designing innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
30-50% availability to travel globally.

As the VP of Sales & Lead Generation Services at TaskUs, you will be the senior executive responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction for the service line, and your team will partner with groups across the business to execute on this strategy. TaskUs provides clients with sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, onboarding and retention services today, however this role will work to productize and expand the offerings into a more complete service catalog. You will drive exceptional growth in service line revenues through excellence in product management, pipeline generation, deal execution and operational discipline. You will act as the face and voice of “Sales & Lead Gen Services'' at TaskUs, representing the business in multiple arenas including high-profile industry events. You will interface with and be expected to influence C-level executives at TaskUs and at the clients we serve.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of successfully growing a business by developing innovative products, services, and assets to expand the addressable market, and a history of relentless pursuit and strategic iteration to capture a significant share of that market.
Key Responsibilities
-(Grow Market Share) Pipeline and Revenue:
Quarter by quarter, focus on obtaining clear pipeline and revenue targets set by the company.
Analyze TaskUs sales data, account plans, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth through Sales & Lead Gen Services and create actionable plans to achieve these targets. Success here will be measured by pipeline creation, new contract signings, service line revenue growth, margin improvements, and new client acquisition.
-(Grow Mind Share) Perception in the Industry:
You will map your business to broader industry needs by tracking client priorities, competitor dynamics, and ecosystem trends in order to position TaskUs as a market leader in “Sales & Lead Gen Services”. Success here will be measured by a combination of client and prospect sentiment, industry analyst rankings, and other factors indicative of sustained positive industry positioning.
