      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients across AdTech platforms and Retail Media Networks
      - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for retail media solutions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with client needs
      - Identify new buyer personas and address customer pain points with effective solutions
      - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging the employer's capabilities to drive value

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12-15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in retail media
      - Deep understanding of data, creative, and measurement within the retail media ecosystem
      - Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across functions
      - Experience in a sales role with a track record of successful results

      - Leadership experience within a sales environment
      - Familiarity with Retail Media Networks and manufacturers
