      We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President (VP) of Talent Development. As the VP of Talent Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, execution, and continuous improvement of learning and talent management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals through strategic oversight, data-driven measurement, and cross-cultural collaboration. This role requires an outcome-oriented, forward-thinking individual with a passion for executing learning, development, and talent management strategies. You will be involved in setting the strategic vision and also delivering on specific initiatives, requiring flexibility in approach. Your role will be critical in shaping our company's culture and fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented workforce. This position reports to the SVP, Global Head of Talent Management in our Corporate Division. The role can be onsite or hybrid in Newport Beach, CA.

      How you will make an impact:

      • Lead talent programs, including learning and development, succession planning, annual talent reviews, and global performance management.
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
      • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify needs, design programs, and assess the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
      • Build streamlined and scalable processes, tools, and programs to address enterprise talent needs.
      • Establish, track, and mature key metrics to measure the impact and success of talent programs.

      The experience you will bring:

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
      • Proven experience and knowledge of talent development, learning & development, and talent management.
      • Demonstrated ability to design and implement talent development strategies that drive business results.
      • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
      • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
      • Experience working at the enterprise level in a distributed, matrix, or multi-location environment is essential.
      • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

      Base Pay Range:

      The stated range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and depends on experience, qualifications, and location. Most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
