- Lead the development of the Richemont Americas talent strategy, internally and externally, to support and accelerate the achievement of strategic business objectives across all Maisons and Functions.
- Create, lead, and leverage best-in-class innovative strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top talent, continually responding and adapting to rapidly changing business priorities.
- Lead and oversee the development, evolution, and execution of the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, internal stakeholder collaboration and management, candidate offers, and onboarding.
- Lead ongoing employer branding efforts to bring the value proposition to life through all channels, including social media, networking/referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Collaborate with Group Talent team on workforce planning, leveraging knowledge of organizational development initiatives, to determine short, medium, and long-term recruiting and development strategies and plans.
- Establish strong, proactive, and collaborative relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to continually assess internal talent, identify skill gaps, build succession plans, and develop/recruit capabilities necessary to drive business objectives.
- Identify and implement key performance metrics linked to critical business targets, and use goals, KPIs, and data analysis to drive success.
- Continuously evaluate and provide insight on the candidate experience to internal recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience and elevate internal service delivery.
- Provide thought leadership and collaborate internally to ensure that recruiting methods and results are highly effective, consistently valued, and meeting the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with L&D leaders to design and implement programs to accelerate the development of high-potential employees, building an internal pipeline of high-performing talent.
- Elevate talent-related processes to ensure consistency in job descriptions, interview techniques and processes, business partnership, and the overall candidate experience.
- In partnership with Internal Communications, develop a communications strategy to amplify internal messaging around talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage and oversee all third-party vendor activities, relationships, and contracts.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Richemont Americas Talent team; assess and develop individual capabilities in service of current and future business needs, focusing on succession planning and retention across the function.
- Create and manage, in partnership with Finance, the region’s Talent Acquisition budget and investment allocations, in alignment with business needs and relevant strategies.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field required; masters degree/MBA preferred
- Relevant certifications highly regarded
- 15+ years of strategic talent acquisition and succession planning experience in a high-volume environment, with 7+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with, and understanding of, retail and/or sales organizations
- Experience working for an international, multi-brand organization; luxury environment strongly preferred
- Understanding of organizational design principles and proven ability to develop effective succession plans
- Extensive leadership and mentoring experience with a proven record of developing high performing teams
- Experience using metrics and analytics to develop hiring strategies and models
- Demonstrated success in all facets of full-cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations, and best practices in talent acquisition and succession planning
- Proven ability to effectively lead project teams and serve internal clients
- Ability to successfully consult/collaborate with, present to, influence, and communicate with senior leaders and a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong relationship management skills
- Highly refined negotiation skills
- Demonstrated analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in current talent systems, technology, and tools

Vice President, Talent

Role Overview
The Vice President, Talent leads the organization’s talent acquisition and development strategies and activities, and is responsible for growing a robust, best-in-class talent pipeline to drive organizational growth and evolution through attracting top external talent and promoting internal mobility. This leader develops and executes strategies to optimize sourcing methods, selection process, employer branding, external talent management partnerships, and internal collaboration. The VP, Talent leads the Region’s Talent team, serves as an integral member of the Human Resources community, acts as a key partner to Maison and Function leaders, and contributes thought leadership and strategic input to the Group Talent team in the continual evolution of Richemont’s global talent strategy.

Expected Salary Range: $235,000 - $275,000
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
