What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide user support via phone, email, and other channels according to company standards
- Resolve customer issues such as password assistance, feature walk-throughs, and general inquiries
- Utilize knowledge base and remote tools to assist in issue resolution
- Manage cases, including scheduling call backs and follow-up communication
- Collaborate with internal groups to update Knowledge Base articles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in technical support, call center, customer service, or social media interactions
- Strong customer service and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and browser-based programs
- Ability to multitask and support higher customer volumes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong computer navigational skills
