What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain landscapes by mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round
- Perform grounds maintenance on parking lots, irrigation systems, and exterior buildings
- Safely operate a combination motor vehicle for landscaping duties (for DOT Operators)
- Lead a team of exterior service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery (for Lead Technicians)
- Ensure a clean and attractive environment for customers and clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, or general maintenance
- Must enjoy working outside in extreme weather conditions
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record (for DOT Operators and Lead Technicians)
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent (for Lead Technicians)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance (for Lead Technicians)
- Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, including installation and troubleshooting
- No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years (for DOT Operators and Lead Technicians)
