      Warehouse Administrator (CSR)


      We have two part-time positions open for self-motivated and detail-oriented professionals. These positions support both internal and external customers, as well as FedEx, UPS, and out-of-area LTL shipping needs.

      Pay range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

      1st Shift Available (Mon–Fri): 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM
      2nd Shift Available (Sat–Sun): 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

      What will you be doing as our Warehouse Administrator (CSR):

      • Answers incoming customer telephone calls courteously and professionally.
      • Responds to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.
      • Respond to and investigate inquiries, concerns, and issues with internal Sales staff and the Accounting/Finance department.
      • Processes and enters customer payment information into our system.
      • Balances the Warehouse Daily Sale Reconciliation Report (DSR).
      • Contacts customers when necessary to follow up on customer issues or orders.
      • Works with the Warehouse Management team on customer and driver claims.
      • Interface with sales and freight forwarders
      • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
      • Prepare shipping documents.
      • Process and manage FedEx, UPS, and our Out-Of-Area shipping needs.
      • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
      • Provide inventory reports to management as required.
      • Strong skills in using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
      • Friendly demeanor in working with a variety of people.
      • Attention to detail.
      • Willingness to learn and be independent.

      You will need these skills:

      • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
      • 2+ years of customer service or logistics experience.
      • Proficient in Data Entry, MS Excel, and Word.
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.
      • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Warehouse experience preferred.
      • Can-Do attitude a must
      • The team mentality is a must
      • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
